Server | Bartender

Brugada Kitchen & Bar is a modern American restaurant and cocktail bar one block off Broadway in downtown Nashville. We run dinner Tuesday through Sunday, weekend brunch, late-night bar service on Fridays and Saturdays, and a steady private-events program. We are looking for servers and bartenders who bring consistency, calm under pressure, and genuine hospitality to every shift.

• Deliver attentive, steps-of-service table service across dinner, brunch, and private-event seatings.
• Bartenders build classic and signature cocktails for bar guests and support service well tickets throughout the shift.
• Guide guests through the food and drink menu with accurate, confident knowledge.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and floor team to time courses correctly and handle special requests.
• Support private events and large-party dining, including set-up, execution, and breakdown.
• Operate the Toast POS system for order entry, modifications, and payment processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift and complete all assigned side work.
• Report to the Floor Manager and communicate clearly with front- and back-of-house staff.

• Valid TABC Seller-Server Permit — required before the first shift
• 1+ year of full-service serving experience in a full-service restaurant (servers)
• 1+ year of bartending experience with classic and signature cocktails in a full-service or bar setting (bartenders)
• Availability for night and weekend shifts, including Friday and Saturday late-night close
• Ability to work brunch, dinner, and private-event shifts as scheduled
• Solid working knowledge of steps of service and table management
• Genuine, guest-focused hospitality throughout the shift
• Familiarity with Toast POS — a plus but not required

We are open Tuesday through Thursday 4:30 pm to close, Friday 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 2:30 am, and Sunday 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Night and weekend availability is required, including Friday and Saturday late-night shifts.
