Floor Manager

Brugada Kitchen & Bar is a modern American restaurant and cocktail bar in downtown Nashville, one block off Broadway. We run dinner Tuesday through Sunday, weekend brunch, late-night bar service on Fridays and Saturdays, and a steady private-events business. We are looking for a Floor Manager who leads by example, keeps the room running smoothly on the busiest nights, and holds a high standard of hospitality without making a production of it.

• You oversee the front-of-house floor during dinner, brunch, and late-night service, reporting directly to the AGM.
• You lead the service team through pre-shift, assign sections, and hold staff to steps-of-service and presentation standards.
• You manage the flow of the dining room and bar seating, coordinating with the kitchen on timing and pacing.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for private events and large-party reservations during your shifts, ensuring execution matches guest expectations.
• You handle guest concerns in the moment, resolving issues calmly and without escalation whenever possible.
• You monitor side work, opening and closing duties, and end-of-shift checkouts using Toast POS.
• You communicate staffing and service observations to the AGM and contribute to ongoing team development.

• 2 or more years of experience in full-service, table-service restaurant operations
• Prior lead or supervisory experience on the floor, such as shift lead, floor supervisor, or floor manager
• Availability for nights and weekends, including Friday and Saturday late service through close
• Current TABC seller-server permit or the ability to obtain one before your first shift
• Familiarity with Toast POS or demonstrated ability to learn a new POS system quickly
• Experience in an upscale or cocktail-driven dining environment is a plus
• Experience coordinating private events or large-party service is a plus

This is a full-time position. Shifts span dinner service Tuesday through Sunday, brunch service Friday through Sunday, and late-night bar service on Fridays and Saturdays. Availability for nights, weekends, and closes is required.
