Data deletion

Tableloop is software used by restaurants and venues to run their marketing, reservations and social accounts. If you messaged a venue on Instagram or Facebook, your conversation may have been stored here on that venue's behalf.

What gets deleted

When you remove the app, or ask us directly, we delete:

• every direct message you exchanged with a venue through Tableloop, in both directions;
• the conversation itself, including your name or handle as we received it;
• anything our assistant drafted or sent in that conversation.

This is a deletion, not an anonymisation. Nothing is retained in a reduced form.

What this page cannot reach

If you also gave a venue your details some other way, by booking a table, buying a ticket, or enquiring about an event, that record belongs to the venue rather than to your Instagram account, and removing the app does not delete it. Email privacy@tableloop.io and say which venue, and we will handle it with them. The messages you sent on Instagram or Facebook stay on Meta's own services; only our copy is ours to remove.

Asking directly

You do not need a code. Email privacy@tableloop.io from the account you contacted the venue with, or tell us the handle you used, and we will confirm once it is done.
